Jesus at the center. The Bible as our guide.Everyone is welcome.A faith that moves.
Four convictions. One open door.
- 01
Jesus at the center
We are evangelical, Bible-centered, and Trinitarian. Everything we do begins and ends with Jesus, his life, death, resurrection, and the invitation to follow him.
- 02
The Bible as our guide
We hold Scripture as God’s living word, trustworthy, formative, and the steady ground under how we live, teach, and make decisions together.
- 03
Everyone is welcome
There is a place for everyone at Friends Church. You don’t have to clean up, dress up, or have it figured out. Come as you are and belong before you believe.
- 04
A faith that moves
We Gather, Grow, and Go. Faith was never meant to stay inside the building, we’re sent to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Orange and beyond.
A few honest questions.
Friends Church is part of the Quaker tradition. Here’s what people often wonder about.
What tradition is Friends part of?
Friends Church is part of Friends Southwest, in the Quaker / Friends tradition. Our doctrinal reference is Faith & Practice. We’re evangelical, Bible-centered, and Trinitarian.
Do I need to be baptized in water to be saved?
No. We believe spiritual baptism is sufficient for salvation. Water baptism is a beautiful, public testimony of an inward decision, not a requirement for it.
How do you view communion?
We emphasize ongoing spiritual communion with God over ritual frequency. When we take communion together, it’s a meaningful act of remembrance.
Still have questions?
The best way to understand who we are is to experience a Sunday. Come see for yourself.
